Warranty Each of our art works is meticulously developed and printed on the finest museum quality cotton media with Ultrachromatic K3 pigment inks in the giclee method of printing. The life expectancy of our prints is 100-200 years so that they may be considered investments. We take no short cuts to save us money in the products we use. We use such name brand products as Hahnemuhle Fine Art Papers and Epson Professional Fine Art Papers. Our mats are Bainbridge archival cotton or Crescent conservation. We guarantee the print quality and matting for as long as the work is in the possession of the original owner. Unless otherwise specified, all works are matted with museum quality cotton rag mats and mounted onto archival backs using linen tape. None of the products used will cause acid damage to the art work. If we complete the framing, we also offer full warranty on the wood framed pieces. If there is ever a problem with our work, simply contact us, describe the problem and arrange for its return. Upon receipt of the product, we will gladly repair or replace your purchase at no additional cost. Returned work must retain the certificate of authenticity, which can be found on the back of each matted or framed work. Guarantee We want you to be pleased with your investment. Therefore we offer you two months to try the artwork in your home. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call to make arrangements for its return, and we will refund your purchase price. The returned art must be in the same condition as when it was sold (new condition), and it must have the certificate of authenticity intact. |
