"Recursion" Limited Edition Artist Proof/100 Print 16.5 x 24 " and framed size is 24 x 30 100% Organic I was standing in 4 inches of water from a rare Winter rain fall in a rock filled wet weather run off in February, 2007 when I took the photo. The drying mud surrounding the area evidenced teeming life with footprints ranging from mule deer, cougar, jack rabbit, bobcat to tiny rodents. The late afternoon sun perfectly illuminated the gold of the Autumn colored Aspen leaf as well as the white bubbles from decaying leaves. I entitled this work "Recursion" because experiencing this site personally was a stark reminder of the brilliant manner in which nature recycles in order to nurture and sustain new life. | |  "Ancient One" Open Edition |
